Andy Puddicombe is the voice of Headspace, a former Buddhist monk with a degree in Circus Arts, and a meditation consultant in the UK.
At the age of 22, Andy Puddicombe left England to follow his interest in meditation.
This brought Andy all over the world which culminated in him being fully ordained as a monk at a Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas.
Ten years later, Andy Puddicombe returned to the UK with a mission to demystify meditation and bring it to the masses.
Andy Puddicombe has trained cabinet ministers, Premiership footballers, heads of business and Olympic athletes in mindfulness to help them with the demands of their work.
Andy Puddicombe has been interviewed by the New York Times, The Guardian, The Times and a host of other massive publications which are interested in the massive benefits that mindfulness has to offer. He is a great presenter and has given talks to global corporations as well as educational talks like TED.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys surfing, skiing and helping people to a happier, healthier self, through mindfulness meditation.
