Where do you take your 10 minutes each day? Do you get it in the bedroom, the living room, the nursery, on the train to work, at the office, in the back of a taxi, or in the park during your lunch-break? And when do you do it? Do you do it first thing to make sure you never forget and get the day started in the right way, or do you use it as a nice way of closing the day out in the evening? And where’s the strangest place you’ve ever done it?
Today’s blog is a bit of a flying visit as I’m off early to the clinic, but let us know on FB how you take yours each day. Here at Headspace we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to use the Take10 tools. We’re also always looking for new places to put the Take10 audio for people to use...which is why we’re linking up with airlines, train companies, hotels and other partners to make sure we can make these techniques as widely available as possible.
If you have any ideas of other places you’d like to find a Headspace audio guide, or simply want to share your own experiences of what works and what doesn’t...then here’s your chance! Have a great day, Andy
