Andy's Daily Headspace, Wednesday 2nd of March

Hello everyone!  With Andy away for a little while Rich, Nick and I are going to be manning the blog.  Although the meditation expertise over at Headspace HQ is limited to Andy we will be discussing our own experiences (as veritable beginners) with meditation, sticking up illustrations and videos.  Nick, who does all of our research will blogging about science and meditation as well so that should be a real treat!

To start with we thought we would put up an image by our very talented illustrator Jim- you may have seen this go out with one of our newsletters earlier this year but we thought it might be a useful refresher and motivating image to start off march with!
