The wish to experience a peaceful and happy mind is felt by everyone, without exception.
Yesterday Rich and I got back from a publicity tour in New York. It was a fantastic trip and the appetite for Headspace in the US has been genuinely overwhelming. But the one question that coming up, no matter whether we were in at Vogue, Oprah, or a niche meditation magazine, was “Who is Headspace designed for?”
It’s an understandable question of course, but perhaps a better question would be “Who is not designed for?” Who do you know who wouldn’t like a calmer mind, a greater sense of clarity, and a greater sense of happy contentment in their life? In this way mindfulness crosses every demographic imaginable - be it gender, age, race, nationality, physicality, sexuality, faith, tradition or culture. In short, mindfulness is relevant to everyone, everywhere.
In many ways this is reflected in the Get Some Headspace book which we were out there to promote, which is now available in more then 16 countries and in over 8 languages. Thanks to those of you who have been sending in pictures of the foreign editions by the way, and please keep them coming...especially the more exotic ones from Asia.
So, if you know someone, no matter who they are or where they are, who could do with a bit more headspace in their life, then why not point them in the direction of Take10 at www.getsomeheadspace.com. It’s completely free of charge, there’s no obligation to do any more than the first 10 days and, as people keep on writing in to tell us, it might just be the very best thing they’ve ever done. After all, it’s pretty hard to put a value on genuine peace of mind.
