There are a wide range of benefits associated with a regular meditation practice.
But people naturally approach us on a regular basis asking "does meditation work?". One way of showing how meditation 'works' and an area which is important to us is the growing amount of scientific research and evidence suggesting how mindfulness and meditation can benefit many areas of everyday life.
Some particularly well studied benefits include stress and anxiety reduction and improvements in sleep, cognitive skills and immune function. Research has even found that the brain can change in response to meditation practice.
