I've been put back to Take 10. What can I do?

If you find that your place in the Headspace Journey suddenly goes back to Take 10 after using further packs in the Journey, it's most probably because your subscription with us has ended. 

If you feel that you're still paying for your access or that your subscription hasn't ended then please contact our help team at help@headspace.com

If your subscription has ended however, you'll just need to re-subscribe. This can be done by visiting our online shop page here and choosing one of our subscription packages. 

Once you've re-subscribed, you should then be able to just pick up from where you left off on your Headspace Journey.
