My recipient hasn't received their gift...

Sometimes the emails we use to send your gift subscription can get stuck somewhere in the cyberverse. 

If your recipient hasn't received their gift subscription on the day you specified, then please first just ask them to check their 'junk' email folder. Our email can sometimes end up in here as the gifting Headspace email isn't recognised.

Please search for the email subject: You've got a gift. Yay!

If the gift email still can't be found, then please contact our help team at help@headspace.com and we'll be happy to help you find it!
